Very bad PBZ branch. Enormous waiting time, just one teller working, 20 nervous customers have no place to sit down and wait, no enough air inside, smelly. Some ( ruude) "personal banker" employees are not accepting any customers. At all. Avoid this bank at any cost.

Slow down! It doesn't say anywhere from 13 to 14!

Staff ??? ..everything is fine, when filling out the questionnaire..client control / .when complaining about hand disinfection that is not there..we are very rude and insolent !!! .. SHAME

A lot of waiting for the slowness of the service

They are a disaster, they are terribly slow. Of the 4 counters, only one works with clients. Get ready for over an hour of waiting at the bank if there are only 5 people. Definitely the worst bank in town.
