Terrible. Late. The owner doesn't answer the phone unless it's an unknown number, probably due to all of the complaints he receives. Do not go here unless you mind waiting at least TWO(!) months for them to install your kitchen. My parents have ordered a kitchen from here and although their contract states they have to complete it in 40 days, we're currently on the 61st day of waiting. They've postponed the installation for at least 5 times, and also messed up the initial one. Once again, avoid if possible. UPDATE: Finally installed. However. One of the doors was cut shorter than it was supposed to, and the other one was bored through. Waiting for more than a week for replacement now.

Kitchen delivered 12/19, a few agreed details are missing. They never responded to the complaint. Mediapan fronts are falling apart. Quality and service below every level.

Bypass even if someone gives you a kitchen in Duplic. Missing colors, the cheapest shackles, missing shelves, a worktop that has nothing to do with the selected pattern and also damaged. Worst of all, in 3 days we had to reinstall all the above elements because only two videos were holding. They drilled our wall with a drill, bent the hood, damaged one front, etc. We are still awaiting a complaint that should have been resolved 15 days ago. We didn't get the bill, horror over horror.

Personal advice is to circumvent them in a large harbor, or else engage in nerves and patience.

They are kind and affordable in comparison to others.
