My uncle 99% (blind) went to the rehabilitation he waited for 4.5m, went up and went for an hour training (very capable and friendly therapists) and then stayed in the room closed all day because they did not have the staff to relieve him on the beach ..... Imagine yourself in the same situation closed as in prison all day because you are a disabled and you are not able to go to the beach ??? !!! It is sad !!!
