Clinic for Orthopedics Lovran

Dirty and overall terrible "hospital", it doesn't even deserve to be called a clinic. Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff, especially the doctor. Most of the staff can't speak a single word of English or German, they make you wait countless hours because you are "a filthy tourist" before you even get counseling or treatment. I didn't get any proper treatment at all, because the doctor just brushed my injury off as something minor, even though I had to bear through terrific pain and couldn't stand or move a single meter. Last but not least he threatened to throw me out and didn't give any consultation nor diagnosis. Overall a very bad hospital experience, I can't recommend it at all.

Medical staff is excellent!

Doctors and staff kind, professional but at the request of customers at the counter for information (mostly the elderly) ..... we can not get you on the phone .... sequence surprisingly amazing answer: for the XXI century .... You know you can not us get on the phone, just fax and e-mail .......... then why contact phone, how to check some information ... so not all elderly people have the opportunity to have fax and PC ..... As for the openness and courtesy of the parties and the availability of information for people who are not directly in the building-physically ...... Bad very bad
