Good job, Active Holidays! The accommodation was awesome and clean. And the service was perfect. For very little price we got a lot! PS: Even our appartments had 2 toilets.

My Girlfriend send you a messege... this is our answer Yes, but it is not normal for me to wait for a tidy apartment for a long time, and in the end there was no apartman we paid for. In the apartment we paid for, you housed someone else at 10 o'clock in the morning. You gave us the apartment in the noisy city center and far from the sea and you persuaded us to stay there that it was better. it was not true. We did not like it at all and we were dissatisfied.Finally, we were staying at the edge of the city in another apartment where air conditioning was not included. I also wish you good luck and less confusion.

So, this agency is the worst agency ever !! Realy !!! Their service is absolutly horrible ! They aren't friendly and customers are waiting very long time for accomodation (for me 5 hours). Their comunication is horrible ! We aren't satisfied with everything ! Never more !!!
