A three-hour wait to apply for a new personal one. Imagine what it is like when you are making a personal toddler. Although numbers are used, the system is non-functional for users because numbers are rotated alphabetically and numerically, so that the user cannot even know how many people are ahead. For this reason, no other commitments can be made, but rather waiting in uncertainty. Eg. We got the F16 number, and at the traffic light it was just F9. Those 7 numbers in between, we waited 3 hours because the whole alphabet was spinning.
