Beware if you ever rent a car with this company. DONT CALL their roadside assistance line. Its a scam. We had a minor issue with the vehicle and decided to call them to make sure everything was fine and that we could keep going. Finally, they made us tow the truck (even if we refused at first because there was no point for towing) without telling us at any moment that there would be extra fees. They only said that we would swap vehicle. When we signed the paper for the new car, they never showed us a bill nor told us the new amount. When we returned the car, the guy at the airport counter told me that the money we agreed on in the contract would be deducted from my credit card. Its only when I came back home that I saw that they deducted us more than the double of the initial price... charging us for the towing and for some imaginary fuel-refill that they had to do (even if the tank was full at the moment we returned the car both times). After several messages arguing that its clearly a SCAM, they accepted to pay us back the gas fees (that were basically invented by Uniline), but that amount would be only 20% of the total amount they should have refunded us. This is clearly and utterly theft and its very shameful.

I strongly advise everyone NOT to deal with this agency! After booking and paying the 30%deposit for the apartment and sending them my payment confirmation, I found it still available on the dates I booked on at least three websites. The next morning I received the automatic message from them saying they cannot guarantee my booking because they didn't receive my payment confirmation (?!?!) I wrote to them asking what was happening three times but received no answer. I called two times but after promises it would be taken care of, nothing happened. Luckily, I still had time to cancel the money transfer. Beware!

Encourage people to use virus ridden websites. Two programs on my computer say their payment sites are using trojan scripts. This does not happen with any other site. Instead of fixing it, the company suggests using a computer without anti-virus protection!

Avoid using UniLine! Terrible customer service! Not only did they provide us with a dangerous vehicle, they have now charged us for a pre-existing mechanical issue. Following this, they notified us via WhatsApp and have not provided any evidence of how they can be certain we caused the damage vs. A previous driver.

How much you pay for guides and buses is not a miracle to fail. Dear my bargain and good DO NOT STAY!
