! THEY WILL GIVE YOUR ID TO PEOPLE WHO ARE CLEARLY NOT YOU, BE CAREFUL !
Nice hotel but I had to fight to get MY OWN ID back from reception after checking in. Apparently the staff thought it was reasonable to give an ID from a Belgian woman to a Croatian man who was in no way, shape or form related to me or my party. The person in question was spreading lies about me. The staff did not come to me with their concerns, they just took this person’s word for it. Very unprofessional.
I felt very unwelcome for the remainder of my two week stay there.
Would not stay again.
Very pleasant stay for a weekend with kids. Lots to do in hotel, there is a child care and nice trails by the sea near hotel. Food was a buffet style with lots to choose from but fish and meat quality could be better.
We had great time in Valamar Diamant hotel. It was so peaceful. Food was great. Staff is great. We spent lots of the time at the swimming pool. Great vacation for little ones and grown-ups.
The choice at the bufet is quite nice, servants are all more than friendly, the rooms are pretty clean, the comfort of the bed is perfect, 4 stars because you need to like mass tourism. Don't want to go during high season. Perfect location for daily Mountainbike trips.
