Beautiful, well-kept villa with a fantastic pool. The house is the perfect size and nothing is missing. Had a great vacation there and will definitely go there again.

We are now in the Villa Nikolina for the second time. It's so wonderful here. The quiet location in the hills, but still with a fantastic sea view, brings the peace and relaxation we are looking for here. The infinity pool with a view of the sea is so large that you can swim your laps without the existing counter-current system. The property is very well maintained and, like the interior, is of high quality, tasteful and inviting. Each (air-conditioned) room has its own large bathroom with a window. The additional outdoor kitchen is great and also very practical. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. All in all just great to come down and relax.

Neighbor Villa Laura inhabited. very well maintained, everything available and more than relaxed. especially the view.

We spent one of the best vacations in this villa. Thank you! This villa is perfectly located on the outskirts and you have a great restaurant and a small supermarket in 5 minutes walking distance. Rest, relaxation and 15 minutes to Porec. The house, really crass and huge, expensive furnished and a garden with palm trees. There is nothing missing. The pool would not need the countercurrent system at this size. The highlight, the outdoor kitchen with fridge, ice cube and all appliances. Cooking outside, an experience. I hope we can come back?
