My experience at Ark Mihelic was very disappointing. Unprofessional and very false. From the day of appointment on the 19th of June, I had my Landcruiser brought in by a tow truck, due to difficulty of starting and white smoke coming out of the exhaust. I expected immediate service as I have made the appointment more than a week before. They knew my urgence as my son coming from Australia the 21st of June to spend time and needed the car for our vacation having to tow a boat. The 20th of June I received a call, they dismantled some part of the engine, but they were not able to work on the car until at least the 02nd of July. You can come and pick up the car if it does not suit to wait. Explanation that they have cars sitting on the parking lot for over 2-3 weeks and they had priority over my appointment. They are a parking lot not mechanics I was wondering. After finally starting to research they said I had to change first the injectors and than they would look why the white smoke would happen. My priority was to find out first the white smoke. Since the cost would change dramatically. I decided after talking again to them to go ahead and change the injectors. They could not state what they would run into after changing them. I was expecting a call but needed to solicit to find out when the car would be ready After numerous calls and rejected calls, I finally talked on July 4th to Davor, son of the owner. He would get back to me the day after but never did. I called him at least 20 times but he rejected my calls and blocked my number. Also the service I called never picked up my calls. It made me get more angry not able to talk to the dealer. My friend, having a different phone number got than Davor on the phone on July 06th. He was told the car should be repaired by now and they did a test drive of 20 km because they have not that much time to do more. Come and pick up the car the 07th before noon. When I finally picked up the car and paid on July 7th I noticed that the diesel tank was empty and nearly 3/4 full when delivered. The guy, cashier , started to discuss and told me I am accusing them of steeling diesel. I said no but if you drive 20 km test drive it does not empty out. He came with a paper telling me it was half empty. Well 20 km, half tank is not possible. Anyhow he said they drove to Slovenia for a test drive, different story than Davor's story. Still I find it strange that with 156km my tank was empty . I will never go there again, although by the end of the year I will buy a new Toyota Landcruiser but not there. I dis encourage everybody that want to go there. At the end my conclusion, everything my fault, but for future i learned what to do, NEVER GO BACK TO MIHELIC
