If you are looking for a 5* Mediterranean paradise, this is the place for you! Located in a very unique position on top of the hill, away from the bustle of the village of Rabac, this villa enjoys amazing 360’ views of the most northern Croatian islands and the fjords and bays of the East coast of Istria. Its position is secluded, and this offers privacy and quiet when needed. It is however only a 10’ stroll down the hill to Rabac, and it’s many beaches, restaurants and water sports. It is located on a large plot, with no overlooking from any of its neighbours. The villa itself has been beautifully planned and crafted over many years of self build by its owners. The interiors and modern, yet warm and welcoming. The exterior is to die for - there are many beautiful gardens surrounding the villa, with hundreds of olive trees planted by the owner. If you are into mountain - biking or hiking, just outside of the villa is a biking trail, which connects to several other biking trails in the area. The Rabac area is a paradise for mountain biking! The villa has a breath taking infinity swimming pool - the views are just gorgeous! Our group of 18 (8 adults and 8 kids) stayed in the villa in August 2020 and we have already booked to come back in August 2021!
