Ran by thieves. The second time this happen despite me being pretty regular to their gas station. I went there to buy a few items, all together (i know the price since i'm a regular there) worth 165 kn... I paid 215 kn. The guy takes the ticket and hides it under the pile of tickets, which I found was weird, it was the second time this happened ever there, the first time they did another "mistake" for 20 kn back then (which is why I asked for the ticket to be given) Sadly I didn't calculate before going back in as there was about 10 people waiting outside in the rain. I rushed in and said there is an issue, i only bought one of the item I mentionned not 2. He said oh sorry and ask me for what refund, without checking anything as I was showing the ticket to him. I said can I get a refund, he asked if I could take another item instead to which I said no. He gives me in cash about 16kn. He kept the ticket which I didn't notice when I took the bag in until I was on my way home. I start computing and gather that there is still about 35 kn missing. Which means the guy did at least 1 other mistake on the items that I didn't notice... This is a huge BS. This is not the first time it happens, in 4 years living in Rijeka, I feel like those guys are taking advantage of foreigners or drunk kids as i've heard in other reviews. This has to stop since i'm sure this is a scam those "managers" are running there. A shame to every employee who accept this terms. If you don't like working there, don't start scamming your customers, it just shows how low you're ready to go for a few $. Disgusting. People should help each other in those bad times rather than stealing each other.
