Adriatic Luxury Villas

We had a wonderful stay! The house is amazing!! So beautiful, fresh, newly built and clean! The rooms are not very big, but that doesn't really matter, because in summer you will spend most of the time outside anyway! And the pool is a big plus!! We stayed for 11 nights and after halftime a cleaning company came to clean and refresh everything! They also have a washing machine there and a bbq. For going to the beaches, food shopping or into the city you'll definitely need a car! There is really only one minus point, which is the wifi connection. The internet runs very slow and you can't always connect to it. But except this, everything was perfect! One of the staff came twice and brought liquids to welcome us and to gave us tips for food, beaches, activities, etc. And the housekeeper brought us fresh fruits and tomatoes - We felt very welcome!

If you are embedded in demanding life pace, well, Villas Royal Green near Nin/Zadar are the perfect spot to recharge. Strategic long-term vision of attractive residences on great location, smart and attractive project, nice landscaping, perfect organization of the staff, taking care of the property, residences, guests and the host, who is doing excellent job from managerial point of view. Nin and Zadar are few km away, numerous local market stands with fresh fruits & vegetables as well as pretty good restaurants are nearby. The only “must” you need to do is to relax. Even though the four residences are visually connected from sky perspective, they provide high level of privacy with clever landscaping, used for further privacy upgrade. The location is amazing, the view reaches far away, far from the left, the donkeys are announcing their presence, far from the right ducks and roosters are having their thing - trust me, this is all you need when lounging on the terrace or swimming in the pool. This piece of serenity and nice design indoor & outdoor was found randomly, with no special expectations, however due to high level of service and responsiveness by the host, the two of us have already become number one fans.😊

I can’t wait to use Adriatic Luxury Villas again. We found a brilliant home away from home. Definitely will be coming back next year.
