Booking with arrival between 1 and 2 o'clock in the morning was confirmed and paid in advance. During our arrival we were several times in contact with Mrs. Farus. Unacceptable suggestions were then made (cancellation at my expense or other accommodation that would have cost much less per night at the same price, also accommodations without electricity were offered) and the actually booked accommodation was re-rented even though we were on the way and never we said we do not appear. Even the suggestion made by me to check in on normal business hours the following day was rejected as the accommodation was no longer available although I had already paid the full cost in advance.
