Very arrogant shift leader. She is constantly rude, arrogant as if she were a bank client. At the beginning of the corona crisis, I got her on the phone and asked her to check my bill to see if the payment had settled, to which she replied that she must not say and immediately proceed "already when you are on the line to know that your bank account is in the red". watch out for the hypocrisy but it's rotten !!! Today, the person in question kicked the child out of the branch because there were 4 of them together with the employees, so what did this become? 15 mn to freeze and wait outside, no good day, no goodbye than you go out !!! So how long will the person, for whom I somehow make a salary, behave so arrogantly towards clients ?? I would forbid her to work with people until she learned the basics of culture.
