An unpleasant experience with the Miksa Wood Store. Workers are uninterested in the customer, unorganized and have no basic culture in talking to customers. Although they have a system to check if there are goods in stock, they sell goods that are not available immediately and do not notify you. They inform you that the goods will arrive in a week, but when the goods do not arrive they do not call you to give you a new deadline and are very rude when you call them to be informed when they expect delivery. When we paid for the products we informed the seller that we would pick up the goods in a couple of days and we were told that the original invoice would remain in the store and we would bring photocopies when I pick up the goods. So we did that when picking up the goods with a photocopy of the invoice my daughter would be treated by the seller as a criminal who came with a forged invoice. There is a number on the website that when called is a non-existent number. There was probably a change in number and after that the website was not set up. I am 85 years old and very disappointed with the way the Mikša wood store operates. I hope that the bosses of this company, after reading this, will talk to the sellers and that the service will improve. Thanks
