Department of Traumatology

Now in a summer 2020 portirs/medical sister are polite still, OTHERS are EVIL. Ihave 7 kilo dog on a leace, put it outside while they fixed a broken foot. No, they refused! Doctors refused. Put a dog sooooo far from our windows (of course with a broken foot i can walk 🤣) si I did it. Put a dog behind a building. So enter again. Desificiens again. Check a temperature 36,5 again. Enter with a musk and papers. I allready came with a RTG of foot. And Doctors sent a medical sister to sad me "WE STILL HEAR A DOG. WE WILL CALL DOG AUTHORITY TO TAKE YOUR DOG"! I looked her and go out. Emergency help??Help?? It is a hospital in the sooo crowdy center. Crowdy noises can but not noises from a dogs?? They has a big problems with themselves. While I was going out they was bringing old tiny lady on a bed. They drove her like driving lamborgini, she was saying "please,slowly,it hearts me". Cruel. So cruel is this young doctors and medical sisters. Get a diploma and think "they are God&Godness".

Professional doctors, a bit longer waiting time

Susret sa doktorom Malovićem pamtit ću.dugo vremena. Veću neprofesionalnost i lošiji odnos s pacijentom nisam vidio u svojih 27 godina života. Činjenica da takva osoba nosi titulu primarijusa je izbezumljujuća. Time ne dovodim u pitanje njegovu "zanatsku spretnost" (vještinu izvođenja operacija i slično) već samo odnos sa bilo čim živim. Iskreno se užasavam ponovnog susreta sa čovjekom kao sto je doktor Malović. Jedino strašnije od toga je cinjenica da su takvom čovjeku povjereni mladi specijalizanti. Jos jednom, ne sumnjam u njegovu spretnost rukovanjem liječničkim instrumentima već u njegovu elementarnu ljudskost i empatiju. To barem prema informacijama kojima raspolažem čini liječnika uz samu vještinu, a njegova nebriga za moje upite, i činjenicu da ne mogu živjeti od bolova uzrokovanih lomom ruke je zapanjujuća za jednog čovjeka koji je položio Hipokratovu zakletvu. Unatoč tituli koju nosi preporučam svima da se klone ovog "čovjeka". Tko zna, možda bolje tretira pacijente kad mu direktno plaćaju, nisam pokušao pa ne mogu sa sigurnošću reći. Meeting with Dr. Malović is a thing I will remember for a long time. I have never seen greater lack of professionalism and worse relationship with the patient in my 27 years of life. The fact that such a person carries the title of Primarius is bewildering. Not questioning his "craft skill" (art of operations, etc.) but only the relationship with anything that lives and breaths. I sincerely dread reunion with the type of man that is doctor Malović. The only thing scarier than that is the fact that young residents are entrusted to such a person. Once again, I do not doubt his skill of handling medical instruments but his elementary humanity and empathy. His neglect of my inquiries, and the fact that I can not live from pain caused by the fraction of my arm is amazing for a man who has passed the Hippocratic oath. Despite the title, which carries recommend everyone to stay away from this "man".

As good as it can be taking in account the Croatian healthcare system

i had a misfortune, and broke my arm yesterday. So I went here. I was honestly surprised with professional approach, common sense, no stupid questions, and by all means great organization. The lady that does the plastering is the best, such a careful and gentle treatment, i didn't feel even a twitch of pain. There would be a 5 stars but in the afternoon there is a looong waiting period due to only one out of five doctors working. One final point - checkup, x-ray, fixing the bone and cast - 58kn ($7). Thumbs up!
