The team at CPS was helpful for every step of the way for our purchase of Croatian property. Not knowing the language can be difficult, but they made us feel very comfortable and were trustworthy. Definitely recommend.

Looking at buying a property in Croatia from New Zealand was difficult but after choosing CPS and dealing with agent Zrinka on a regular basis we found a house suitable for us. Zrinka helped us from the beginning until the end and it was a great experience. We ended up buying a house and she helped us all the way until and even after the final signature. I have no hesitation in recommending CPS and would use them again. All the way they were professional and helpful which is sometimes hard to find in Croatia..We now live in our house since almost 2 years and I can still ask questions about all sort of things so they are going beyond where they have to go. Thanks again for all your help.

Sanja has been very helpful in finding just the right vacation property for us. She even made excellent suggestions for the kitchen appliances and best furniture stores for our needs and remains a helpful source of information as we begin to manage the property. She speaks excellent English, recommended a good lawyer, visited the lawyer with me to introduce us and works hard to understand the customer's needs.
