This is a new water heater bought from PTP that started leaking after a couple of weeks, When the outer layer underneath was removed it was this. It was leaking in all directions. In the end, they said at the service at the manufacturer that the boiler was completely defective. PTP did not want to give us a new water heater in exchange, nor did it want to give us our money back.
