Simply, agreed everything via e-mail and resolved in a few minutes🙂

They do not answer the phone, we did not go on the trip because of the crown and they said that they would return only part of the money or wait for the situation to calm down and get a new appointment.

I just have to publicly praise this agency. This 2020 is a different year for everyone, more stressful and I really thought there would be nothing from this summer. Thanks to the Spectar agency and especially Mrs. Martini, my husband and I enjoy Rab at the Hotel Padova. They really tried to find a vacation that suits us financially, but also a vacation that we dream of. Endless thanks to the beautiful Martina who found us a dream vacation ....
