Very beautiful cathedral with exactly what you are looking for when you go to Europe. Check out the museum in the turret just next to it. It is dedicated to an Croatian sculptor who worked mostly in wood. Farmers market near by is a great spot to grab some cheap picnic food.

Very beautiful and old part of Zagreb with a lot of interesting things to see. Good for taking evening walks.
