2 hours ago I entered the Takko fashion store in Supernova in Karlovac. I took two T-shirts and went to the checkout. At the checkout under a winter jacket and mask on my face I was hot and staring. The saleswoman was persistent in finding emails that I deleted the discount code. She was incredibly patient, fast and kind. She found the mail, scanned the codes and saved me 100 kn.

She came in, looked, came out. None of the saleswomen asked anything. As if people in the store don’t exist at all. Horror 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️☕
