The bike delivery agreement was 2 days and the bike was delivered after 9 days. When delivering the bicycle, it was stated that zero service had been carried out, however, the problems with the bicycle began on the first day of use with an improper front wheel clamp and a faulty gearbox where it is not possible to shift the chain to 1st wheel. If you want compliance and quality service, you will need to look for it in another store.
