In Memoriam Zagreb

I would not want to prejudge anything, but unfortunately we were able to see (very likely) unprofessional service delivery. Our deceased (by looking at the body in a coffin) was not dressed in the clothes that had been taken out of the body from our house, nor was it almost washed (because of the fact that it was a bloody death). Likewise, he missed all the gold on it (burma, etc.) and we were verbally confirmed that it had arrived at the cemetery, and unfortunately did not cover the perpetrators. Very unprofessional and very sad.
