Extremely friendly staff. You helped us a lot and thank you very much. In those moments we were quite confused and you helped us a lot in choosing the flowers, the music and the procedure itself about which we knew nothing. Thanks.

An extremely bad experience. The employee at the counter shakes off, unkind, unlucky. I understand that someone may have a bad day, but a certain decency, especially in such a place, must be kept. If it's not for people to work with, put it somewhere in the office so it frowns on itself. When I entered their premises, there was no one but him. He neither returned the greeting nor raised his head at all for a long time to grind in the end; "What do you need?". It made a man nervous that I came at all, especially if I asked him something. At one point I opened my purse, to which he yelled: Don't give me anything! In addition, I ordered one of the most expensive coffin arrangements through them, which is true in the picture in a combination of red and white roses, but on instruction I was told that it could be whole of red roses. Of course, there was the combined white-red arrangement, which was made of ocular roses, which had already lost their color. Just to mention that only half of the funeral work can be settled here, while the rest (more than half) must be resolved on Mirogoj. So much for the quality of service and the kindness of the staff!
