Gosselin Mobility Zagreb was the company that did the European part of the overseas part of the move from Toronto, Canada to Zagreb, Croatia. From day one I’ve had a great experience with the Gosselin team from Zagreb. I dealt with two employees and both were great - if one was out of the office, the other one would take over and I never felt “left alone”. Our communication was very professional, friendly and straightforward. They were very knowledgeable and helpful - if I had any questions they were willing to explain through an email or jump on a call. When I asked what documentation I was required to send them, they outlined everything in a very organized and clear way which made it very easy for me to provide those to them. It took a bit longer for the crate to arrive (not their fault) and we kept in touch the whole time, which made me feel secure. All of our communication, following up, their professionalism made the overall experience really good and less stressful. I would definitely use this company for any other moves and would recommend. Thank you Ivan and Zoran for being kind and available every step of the way, keep up the good work!
