Very nervous emploes, not coordinated, slow service...

Very bad. A delivery service that gives a ‘delivery’ deadline of 4 days and for each day for 8 hours and probably expects someone to stand / sit and wait for delivery for the entire period of the ‘appointment’. An additional service they provide is to call approx. 30 minutes before delivery, to announce that it will arrive in approx. 30 minutes, and if you then inform them that it is 2-3 days in their 'delivery time' and ask for delivery the same day sometime between 2pm and 4pm, then they will answer that they do not offer a 'time delivery' service. They actually offer, only the term is extended to a few days and 8 hours each day. Then they inform you that the store where you bought something should report the approximate delivery time (they have no answer when you tell them that the store can hardly know what the delivery service schedule is). I would also like to mention that they only deliver to the front door of the building, but not further than that. I understand that, but when you ask them to bowl the cart for 5 minutes (just to import the 30 kg device into the elevator and take it out of it - the device enters the elevator without any problems), that is not possible. Best of all, when you tell them you just can’t receive a shipment in the next 30 minutes and ask them if the shipment can then be picked up somewhere, you get the answer “we don’t allow individuals to pick up the shipment” (I don’t know if that implies legal entities allow ). Anyway, a very bad experience and I sincerely advise avoiding this delivery service if at all possible.

They wait a long time for unloading, between 2 and 6 o'clock, except when they urgently need the goods. Warehouses oscillate from extremely kind and communicative to arrogant, nervous and rude. Depending on who you run into.
