Admittedly it is not a vivid tourist attraction. More of the opposite. But it is the charming more of a morbid originality. A city as it has been decades ago all over Central Europe. Please approach this town with respect to those who still are living there and who are not part of the global painted mercantile tourist industry. Take your time and feel the proud of ancient history. Even if it looks fairly „gone“. Karlovac is a different experience and worth traveling to if you are open for the unexpected.
