Arriva Bus Tickets

Left my jacket in the bus, i filled out the lost forms and called a few times. After 3 tries they said they found the jacket and to pick it up at 8am. The driver from rijeka gave me the package and said he went to a lot of trouble finding it so can i give him 20kuna for his troubles?? was stunned but gave the 20 as i was eager to get the jacket back, only after to find its some sweather not my jacket in the package! Use Flixbus if possible, cant wait for an organised snd professional bus service to make companies like these bankrupt.

Very punctual service. Prices are totally fair and it is very easy to purchase the ticket online through other ticket providers like Omio. Both ticket and seat reservation is covered. Luggage is extra and one needs to pay 10Kn apiece, once you are at the bus. Buses are clean, new or relatively new, no bad smells. Driving is safe and professional. Wifi on the bus works perfectly, but on one ride the ticket controller just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't have a clue about the wifi password. I got it saved from the previous ride so no problem for me, but that was not a professional approach since he didn't even attempt to find the password out. Overall, good!

The company has been advertising a discount when buying tickets through their mobile app. Needless to say, the discount is not actually applied due to a system error. Although they recognise the error, they are "unable" to refund the overcharged amount.

Please avoid this company whenever possible! We bought tickets from Zagreb to Plitvice and our departure would be at 05.45. We were at the station twenty minutes in advance but no bus in sight. Our ticket refered to the help desk, but unfortunately this is closed until 06.00. We were waiting for an hour at a station for a bus which, as it turns out, would never arrive. When we were able to enter the help desk, a lady who has absolutely no affinity with customer service kept me in the dark for five minutes. Eventually her suggestion was ordering a new ticket for 10.30. Luckily there was an other bus operator which left at 07.30. On our return trip the bus did arrive, just 40 minutes late... All in all the worst bus operator I have ever experienced.

Took bus from Pula to Zagreb, and seats were great, there's legroom, not crowded bus. Enjoyed the trip. Good company
