Nice and helpful staff. Don't sell airplain tickets anymore

Worst trip ever! Extremely dissaponted with the staff and their ! Staff were very unprofessional and rude to all of the passengers or simply ignored any queries everyone had. The bus driver threatened to leave without us and gave attitude where ever he could for everything imaginable. The guide was hopeless, didn’t give any instructions or information in regards to the trip and we had to ask several times about our trip schedule and timing. I will never travel with this company again and would rather walk to wherever I want to go then board their bus. Spend your money wisely elsewhere, there are many other companies in Zagreb that offer far better service.
