Poor service, avoid anyway. They really fixed my dishwasher, damaged the door, put a used pump, damaged the float, didn't put the lid back on the bottom of the dishwasher. And he paid 700 kn for all that. They came three times and took the washing machine away to finally grind something. The washing machine unfortunately worked for a couple of months. It is now repaired by an authorized service center. Never again ELFO.

I bought a refrigerator from them because they offered me a better price than the others. By mistake of the manufacturer, there was a minor malfunction that this service did in a couple of days and everything has been ok for about 30 days, so I believe that the repair was done with quality. A couple of months ago they got a new employee at the service station who informed me that a spare part for my fridge had arrived and that it would be repaired soon, so I think the criticisms regarding communication no longer stand.

Scammers and liars..I reported a complaint a couple of days after they fixed my fridge ... I struggle with them for months to come to rectify the defect .. they never even answered .. really utterly unprofessional and you feel like a fool every time they you are calling on 100 phones and no one is answering ... I don't know what to do anymore, it is not up to 100 what I paid for the "repair", but what makes me a fool, it has outdone me every now and then. both for them and for themselves
