Unfortunately, after a few emails and calls, we still haven't received an offer for a complete renovation of our apartment. All necessary information was provided, even examples / sketches. There were no callbacks, nor was there too much interest in our project. In the last e-mail, it was even mentioned that we need an approximate offer by February 12, so that we can realize everything as soon as possible. I was really disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism, except for the kind gentleman in sales, who just switched me to the people in charge. If you are already overwhelmed by the amount of existing clients, then it would be okay to be honest with potential people due to the volume of work ...

A friendly team worth talking about furniture. :) In the design phase they patiently answered all our questions and wishes, professional advice was included in every detail of our kitchen and because of that engagement they included in our project, we knew it had to be great. And it was, we have a nice and functional kitchen. :)
