The overall experience was fine. The disinfectant was provided at the entrance and masks were obligatory. Only some of the employees weren't wearing masks correctly, but this is true for majority of the stores right now. We went to pick up our Web order of two things and to shop around. The shopping was fine, prices are fairly low for some smaller things (like kitchen utensils) and it seems that they have a great variety of furniture to choose from, even though we didn't look at that. When it came to picking up our order we were a bit disappointed as it took around five minutes to get the two things that we ordered, and there was no one else even in line. What is more, the pick up area was empty and we had to personally call someone to serve us (which usually isn't the case anywhere around here). Overall, OK experience, but picking up the orders should be much much faster.
