Ordered online and opted to pick up my item in store. In America store pick up means they scan your barcode and give it to you. When you enter the store It takes about 1 minute for you to walk out with your item in hand. This process is incredibly complicated in Lesnina for no reason. I had to ask three different people for directions (two of them manually typed my order number). I was told that I would have to walk to their warehouse which is at the back of the mall. At the warehouse I was told that I'd have to go to Jankomir (other side of the city to get my item). The employee was on the phone in the middle of a personal conversation when she told me that. Lesnina has the socialist era business mentality. Stay away

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. It was awfully hot but no AC because management turned it off. Otherwise very pleasant experience.

In some parts of store you cannot find personel, even if you wait 20 minutes for advice...just the opposite from before when you had 3 personel people in 1 minute who offer services and advice...
