It is next to a supermarket. The restaurant is good but way too expensive. The rooms are ok. I don't think that the TV works well in the majority of the rooms. The views is pretty good. Breakfast: it's good, it isn't great, but it's pretty good. If you are a tourist you are visiting Croatia, I'd buy a good jacket, socks, jeans and shoes, but don't wear too warm clothes besides that because you'll sweat indoors.

This is a 3 starred hotel for turist, and i really enjoyed the stay here. There are tidy rooms, tidy bathroom, an Old tv with about 6-7 channels, but this is also enough...
