If I could give them a 0, I would. We ordered a meal, waited for half an hour and then got a call saying our order was cancelled and the restaurant messed something up. It was 9pm and we were sitting at the table waiting. The lady who called told me that she’s sorry but there’s nothing she can do about it. She could have at least offered us some kind of coupon or symbolic discount. Since the restaurant was not that far, I called them and asked if they knew what had happened with our order since the app said that it was already made and waiting to be picked up. They said they had made the dish and later thrown it away because no one was picking it up and it had gotten completely cold. They offered to make it for us again and deliver it themselves free of charge. Big thumbs up for Rustica in Dubrava!

They switched up our orders and cancel them. Worst service ever. We didn’t even get a cupon to say look guys we are sorry. Pomješali su nam narudžbe i otkazali. Najgora usluga ikad. Nisu nam ni kupon isprike dali, sto reci...
