Very friendly staff, I inquired about aquarium lighting, which is old and harder to find. The young lady who called told me that the wanted person was not in the branch office in Sesvete, but that she would ask if there were any in their other branch office, and that she would let me know what she had really done. Although she didn't have to and in the end they didn't even have what she asked for, she called me and told me that they didn't have it in any branch, but that they could order. As I was in a hurry, because my aquarium has been without lighting for a while now, I thanked them and will look for somewhere where they have it right away, but I will gladly go to the Hop Shop again because of the good choice, which I know while they were in Kaufland, and courtesies of young ladies, who did everything in their power to procure me that lighting.
