I had a flat to sold in 2018 and Limina was recommended to me by a close friend. I was very satisfied with the outcome. Limina reacted quickly, presented my flat to the buyers in a professional manner and did an incredibly precise estimation of the expected price. There was a number of interested buyers, and I was not bothered by having to meet those that were less interested. The legal part of the proceeding went in a flawless and expedient manner. It was a job well done and I gladly recommend Limina and its owner, Mrs Biserka, for real-estate related stuff. Mrs Biserka is very proactive, communicative and precise when setting up meetings, so you will be in good hands and will always know what is going on and what the next steps are.

I have no complaints about Limina and Mrs. Biserka. I have a very good experience with them, and Biserka is very kind, warm and helpful. She has successfully sold our second property already and I want her to continue like that.

Biserka Domazet and her agency Limina are absolutely great. In addition to selling the property quite quickly (in real terms for 2 months), her approach to work is extremely professional, yet warm-hearted, without putting pressure on the seller or buyer. She is optimistic but does not make any false promises, and again does not make her nervous if some sales fail or the buyer gives up. With confidence, I gave her the keys to the apartment to show the apartment on her own (I would recommend this model to anyone). Absolutely great!
