Unlike many sauvignons that sometimes burst with aromas this one is very smooth and gentle. Rosemary on the nose with notes of white pepper make it a true pleasure. 👌👌

Tihomir Kota is an unconventional and courageous winemaker with character and passion for what he does, and such are his wines - honest, with soul and character! My favourite is Chardonnay sur lie, so rich in aromas, creamy and complex, with a flavor that lasts forever 👌
