Veterinarska ambulanta Goldi

The best veterinarian in Zagreb and I've tried them all. They're very good diagnostics and always in a friendly mood. Would reccomend Goldi anytime.👍

I brought to Goldi my new puppy adopted from dog shelter. I asked to do complete check up but I was told my puppy is ok. After we went to different vet, he did all check ups needed and we found out he had giardia! In Goldi, they even didn’t have a thought of testing my puppy for parasites which is a must of any dog coming from a dog shelter. Also beware of extremely unprofessional older blonde women with glasses. She talks to people very disrespectfully. My friends also had a bad experience with this clinic and particularly with her. I’m not even going to comment on their covid restrictions, they take your dog inside but you have to wait outside without knowing what they are doing to your pet. Nothing like this is happening with other vets. Ridiculous.

Best vets in the city

We came for treatment for our elderly dog. There was nothing “regular” veterinary science could do for her. Our veterinarian recommended we explore other options. Dr. Dijana was recommended by a friend as someone who could help by using acupuncture and natural remedies to help our dog. We were a bit sceptical in the beginning, but we soon realized that coming to see her was the best decision we could have ever made. She is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Our dog loves Dr. Dijana and the treatment has done wonders to help her! We were so fortunate to find such an amazing vet!

We have been to this clinic three times since moving to Zagreb from Canada with our two dogs. Most recently our one dog was very ill and we went in for testing and treatment. The vet immediately diagnosed the issue (pancreatitis) and started treatment. We were even allowed to stay with him while he received IV fluid treatments, which wouldn't happen at our vet back in Toronto. The diagnosis, treatment, and bill was all explained to us in detail and in English and our dog is already on the mend. We will have to go back for treatments a few more times before he is completely better but I'm very happy with how he was treated. Not to mention the price was about a fifth of what I'm sure I would have paid at the vet back home. If you are an expat and need an English speaking vet near the centre, I especially highly recommend this clinic.
