Best location with walking distance to old town and nicest host

I had a wonderful stay here twice. The owner is very hospitable and helpful and the room is clean and comfortable. They couldn't have been more helpful. Well located about 0.8 km from the old town

When I was using dryer for my wet shoes, the owner got angry with me even though I didn't mean to do that. I had to dry shoes because of rain...... And the dog was very annoying. Why don't they think tie their pet? If somebody has allergy, it would be more annoying.
