I always had a pleasant experiences while visiting them. Nice people and good communication. Certainly, they are under pressure sometimes and you can't expect to have all details explained. That's no problem at all because Google is your friend 24/7. In any case, when situations are allowing they're always ready to help and support with a good advice. Here we could easily say: Who needs Google when there is BioInstitut in Čakovec 👍 Bottom line: Thanks for everything you are doing to help our little creatures. and all pets in general.

Two different days, two different vets, but the same story: unprofessional, arrogant and cheeky staff. They do not want to admit incompetence and ignorance, and they treat an animal that is someone's family member without any empathy. They have no respect for either the pet or the owner, and their communication skills are at the level of a livestock fair. The examination is done quickly and without any sincere desire to help the animal. In order not to make everything so black, they are able to charge a good fee for the examination. Sincere recommendations to everyone whose rabbit has more serious problems to immediately go to Zagreb to the Veterinary Clinic Šegota because they will pay much more for incompetence in Čakovec.

Horror, unprofessional, arrogant staff. They were once and for the last time. They made a totally wrong diagnosis at the last minute of the animals rescued by another veterinarian.

Afternoon shift great, morning disaster, at least as much as we had experience. After leg surgery we went for bandages in the afternoon great, in the morning we didn't look at the computer to see what the operation was like, the vet just asked the nurse what it was about to the computer, the sister was holding the puppy by the ear while swaddling, the puppy was whining. Complete lack of empathy for animals. They do not want to operate on an emergency, they offer euthanasia first because, as they do not have time, both people and the crown are sending you to Zg. Zero point communication.
