We waited too long on reception to enter swimming pools because the receptionist was out smoking and left the reception unattened, and when she finally decided to come back she was kind of rude and with the lack of correct information written on their web page. We would like to add that we do understand that the circumstances under which you need to work everyday due to the coronavirus panedemic are difficult but if everyone can adjust their work enviorment to the needs of their guests and have the right information on time not written few hours before the guest arrive, so can you. Ps. while the receptionist was out smoking, the phone rang at least three times, which is really unprofessional.

Great place for relaxing, team building and family friendly place. Staff is very helpful. Come back to the nature.

Best time for visits is on work days, AM hours. Not crowded and great fun!
