Črnja Tours Bus Station Zagreb

I booked a trip from Ljubljana to Zagreb at 7.20pm. The bus did not arrive at Ljubljana until 8.10pm. The worst part is there is nobody to ask about when the bus would arrive or what happened. There is no information whatsoever other than waiting and hoping the bus will come. I ended up buying other tickets from Flixbus as I have to catch another bus from Zagreb. Don't book this if you're on a tight schedule.

Ticket says no transfers, but then they spring multiple transfers on you and don’t tell you where from. These fellas run a pretty dusty operation. Would avoid in future if I can help it.

I was having a reserved booking and was travelling on the 14th December 2019 at 1:30AM from Munich to Zagreb.... it was a nightmare and the drivers are RACISTS ...!!! * As I already had a reservation the 2 bus drivers picked up passengers not having reservations and gave them a passenger seat but I had done a booking and had a reservation but the driver said the bus is full and I had to sit next to the driver seat..!!! Which is supposed to be for the other driver, but the other driver sat on the passenger seat and slept while I was forced to sit next to the other driver after having a reservation and the driver also allowed the other passenger with no reservation to take a seat first. * The driver was racist to me as I am a foreigner and was speaking in Croatian to the other driver and his family or friends who was occupying the first 4 seats about me saying ( he is not Croatian he can sit here in drivers seat, he is a black guy from poor countries and they always do it in their counties it’s not new for him ) not realising my wife was Croatian after my wife shouted at the driver and said why is he racist and that my wife understood the language he was quiet and silent and after half the journey he changed my seat at 4:30 am at a Gas station. There are cameras in the bus to prove it. * Do not travel in this tours as it is not safe as one of the driver from Munich did not wear the seat belt through the whole journey, which is against the law. MY FRIENDLY ADVICE TO ALL FOREIGNERS TRAVELLING BY BUS DO NOT USE THIS TOURS CRNJA TRAVELS but use fleix bus, bla bla bus which are great. *I will try reporting this racist matter to local authorities and in court here in Zagreb as this should not happen to any other passengers who take this CRNJA TOURS in the future.

Super trip to Rovinj, Vrsar. Excellent organization, travel presentation are not pots. Thanks to Črnja on a beautiful day. Wine tasting with deer sausage.
