I can't understand how it is possible that today at around 2 pm more than 10 people are waiting outside the bank (temperature is around 3 degrees) then after the crowd almost cleared up suddenly like some comet another employee appears and ‘throws’ herself to work. So where have you been for an hour ... 😡

I wait 30 minutes. There is no one in front of me, but there is no one at the counters either. Literally 30 minutes no employee odim security showed up.

Dear Raiffeisenbank Croatia, I hope that the "responsible person" will read my experience and respond to me regarding this day - 2/24/2020. visits to the Magazine branch and events there: - at 12.37 I got the number 323 (personal banker) - from 12.37 to 14.41 in the "booth" of the personal banker she was 1 all the time! person (ordinal number 320) - in a pleasant private conversation - to express numerically 55 minutes !!!, or temporally: 1 hour and 5 minutes - in the meantime, parties numbered 321 and 322 had given up waiting for the personal banker and left the branch, - when party rbr 320 finally left the booth for 10 minutes, the next party was not called - I - at the counters (2) there was a handover at the same time and no parties were "served" for about 50 minutes; - upon my inquiry about the events, I was sharply informed that only one colleague was on the "duty" of a personal banker and to be patient. Well, I wrote down the course of events patiently.
