The wait was short (19 numbers were serviced in ~25 minutes) and the staff was efficient, polite, and pleasant. I was guided through the process and all my questions were answered. Huge improvement in comparison to previous years. Thank you!

Prepare!! O prepare and arm yourself with patience for their goal is to make you miserable. The one of them that waste the most of our time gets the meda every week.

Working time not correct

After 3 hours of wait, we were told that we took wrong ticket. The lady didn’t want us skip the line. Unclear instructions and outdated system. Staff takes pauses during limited working hours. After entering their office, we noticed they were smoking, and we had to wait for them to finish smoking, and wind the room from smoke.

Prepare! Prepare everything you might need! Copies of documents 2 times for just in case. In most of the cases while you are waiting you can fill the forms for residence. Be patient and hope that if you come once in the morning the hole organisation of people will be adequate (people who work there, people who go to finish some paper work). Bring water especially during warmer days, snack and patience! Good luck and read more! 🙂
