The remark goes to a young lady (by voice) in a shop in ČK. Namely, I wanted to find out about a literary title by phone (if they have it for sale), but the person in question (not at all cultural) told me that they had an inventory and that they could not check anything. I asked her if I could ask her because she hadn't even heard what I needed, and the answer was still negative, and let me call in two to three days. Thank you so much ladies for this experience. I bought the literary title at another bookstore. VBZ in ČK is permanently closed for me.
