Big disappointment when coming to the service today, Short chronology of the service order: A week ago I send an e-mail to order a vehicle, two days no one answers, I call the service, they promise to send an offer and an appointment for service, none of that, I call again and manage to arrange service for today 21.10 at 8:00 my data and vehicle data. By the way, I come to the service regularly (10 years) since I bought the vehicle at the mentioned car dealership. Today I come to the service exactly at 8:00 am to receive the vehicle, we arrange everything once again with the lady, (in the previously e-mail arranged service in the time from 8:00 to 13:00), I return at 12:00 pm and then a surprise follows, no service was performed on the vehicle, and the excuse was that due to a lot of work and not the arrival of employees-mechanics (sick leave-which was allegedly notified the day before) they were not able to perform service on the vehicle. It was suggested that the service would be done by 16:00, which I did not accept due to going to work, I suggested a replacement vehicle, of course they didn't have that either. And finally I must mention that so far in terms of service, price of service and work of mechanics themselves, the work has always been done correctly and satisfactorily, every compliment to the mechanics, there has always been a problem with ordering and receiving vehicles and also parts for regular service (filters for air it was not always - an excuse to have in stock in the computer and not in storage). I appeal to the service manager to pay attention or to change the staff at the reception of the vehicle and order the vehicle so that other customers do not have embarrassing situations.
