The owner of the hall has a solid idea and good intentions, and what they care about is the quality, which is especially emphasized in terms of coach expertise as well as poor commitment to clients during training. if you get into a deeper conversation with all the coaches except Anita, you’ll realize they don’t know what they’re talking about at all. Ask them how to do a squat or what to look for when performing a "dead bug" - you won't get an answer or you'll get an answer that has nothing to do with the waist. This gym is good only for those who have never played sports or have prior knowledge equal to or less than a coach. What the name has to admit is the atmosphere which is one of the best in town.
