Great place to relax.

Very friendly staff

This library is a disaster because the ladies who work and are simply frowning and it's not good for kids and it's not good for teaching and books happily so there is a shadow where guys who love books are concerned.

Children up to 15 years old are free to join. Here, both arms accept co-operation with kindergartens and schools. I personally had two exhibitions of children's works there, which they also published on the Internet and made a poster. Every week they organize children's story reading. Professional and service workers.

Sometimes there aren't some books but it's almost always because they are already borrowed ... otherwise great.
